I’ll reach out to schedule a call where we’ll chat about your dream escape and how I can bring it to life.

Step 3: Secure Your Spot
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send an invoice for my luxury travel design fee. After payment, I’ll begin researching and curating options tailored to you.

Step 4: Itinerary Design
During the planning phase, I’ll design and refine your itinerary - securing the best offers, recommending exclusive experiences, and ensuring everything reflects your style.

Step 5: Review & Refine
When your itinerary is complete, we’ll schedule another call to finalize the details before I begin booking and confirming all reservations.

Step 6: Travel, Effortlessly
Sit back and relax while every detail is handled. All that’s left for you to do is pack - and enjoy your journey! 

Luxury Travel Design Fee "Fine Print"

All design fees are transparent and communicated upfront. They reflect the time, expertise, creativity, and resources that go into crafting each custom itinerary. Every journey begins with listening - understanding your vision and travel goals so I can maximize your investment and design an experience that inspires lasting memories.  As a professional travel advisor, my fees ensure your trip receives the highest level of care, attention, and priority. 


All design fees are charged and paid once we decide to work together and are non-refundable. Pricing varies based on the number of travelers, length of trip, and the desired level of support.


Expedited Planning Fee: If your travel date is within 30 days, a one-time fee may be charged, based on complexity and availability.


Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel a complimentary hotel or cruise booking, an administrative fee may apply to cover the time and effort invested in securing and managing your reservation.
